The town's resources are the people with those resources . Keep your water, pay the gold . If someone is short a water, you sell them some .

With respect to my fellow town folk, I have not heard from our leader whether or not an equivalent in resources would be acceptable as tithing. Until such time, it is all speculation.

Look , put it this way : Berwyn can not pay with Sandwiches , Loki can not pay with cakes , I can not pay in mushrooms not even the good ones , Porthos can not pay in rings, Khan can not pay in bats, Seth not in the stone from his chest.....and you can not pay in holy water.
