Lab Upkeep Due at Close of Game Spring 1

Each Lab will have its own upkeep cost. Upkeep costs will be due at the first Event of each calendar year. If the cost is not met, it is assumed that the Lab has not been properly maintained, and the equipment becomes unusable, broken, used up, and so on. As a result, the Lab will downgrade one level each year until the missing cost is paid or the Lab is completely rebuilt.

(1) Novice - 5 Gold Pieces
(2) Proficient - 10 Gold Pieces
(3) Experienced - 15 Gold Pieces
(4) Veteran - 20 Gold Pieces
(5) Master - 25 Gold Pieces
