Future Thoughts about dual classing - Kugo Korron - 10-26-2016

So a thought occured to me today during work. When and if i were to dual class in the future, would skills that i purchased that would become reduced in price, refund me the difference in CP. For example, if a rogue bought 10 Disables and then later dual classed into warrior. Would he then get refunded the difference between the CP costs (10 pre-dual class and 5 post-dual class) or no?

Also if a rogue specialized trained into spell reflect and then later dual classed into mage, would they get back their specialized training or no?

Pretty sure no was the answer when it came up at the rule book meeting.

Rulebook says:

Quote:Dual-Classed

This skill allows a character to make purchases from
one other Character Class skill list. The costs for the
skills are not doubled as they are with the Specialized
Training skill. Skills purchased previously at higher
costs are not refunded the difference.
